1. No Refund Policy
All services are final. We do not offer refunds on any services provided.
2. Satisfaction Guarantee (5-Day Policy)
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied,
please notify us before leaving the salon or contact us within five (5) days
of your service. We will gladly correct the service at no additional charge
within this timeframe.
Please note: this policy does not apply to changes in design, shape, length, or color once approved.
3. Pricing
All prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
4. Right to Refuse Service
Ritz Nails reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion
to ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of our staff and clients.
5. Late Arrival Policy
Appointments will be canceled if you arrive more than 10 minutes late.
6. Service Approval & Changes Policy
During your service, nail length, shape, color, and design choices will be
confirmed with you—typically after 1–2 nails are completed. Once you approve
and the service continues, those choices are considered final.
We are unable to make changes after the service has been completed.
7. Long Nail Disclaimer
Long nails are not guaranteed due to lifestyle factors and natural wear.
Ritz Nails is not responsible for breakage, lifting, or damage after you
leave the salon. Repairs or replacements will incur an additional charge.
Health & Safety Policy
At Ritz Nails, the health and safety of our clients and staff are our top priority. We strictly follow all required sanitation and disinfection procedures.
For your protection, we do not perform services on clients who present with:
- Open wounds, cuts, or broken skin in the service area
- Signs of infection (including redness, swelling, discharge, or pain)
- Fungal conditions or severely damaged nail beds
- Any condition that may be contagious or require medical attention
If any of these conditions are observed, we will respectfully decline or modify the service and recommend seeking appropriate medical care.
Ritz Nails is not a medical facility, and our technicians are not licensed to diagnose or treat medical conditions.
Clients are responsible for informing our staff of any relevant health conditions, sensitivities, or allergies prior to receiving services.
Kansas Compliance Statement
Ritz Nails operates in accordance with the rules and regulations set forth by the Kansas Board of Cosmetology, including all sanitation, disinfection, and scope-of-practice requirements. Services will be limited or declined when necessary to remain in compliance with state law and to protect client safety.
