SMS Terms of Service

Effective Date: September 21, 2026  

These SMS Terms of Service (“SMS Terms”) govern your consent to receive text messages from Ritz Nails (“we,” “us,” “our”) at the mobile number you provide. By opting in, you agree to these terms in addition to our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.  

Consent to Receive Messages 

By providing your mobile phone number to Ritz Nails — whether through our online booking system, in-salon sign-up, or another channel — and opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Ritz Nails at that number. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any service. Message and data rates may apply.  

Types of Messages 

Depending on the program(s) you opt into, you may receive:  

  • Appointment messages: booking confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling notices.  
  • Marketing messages: promotions, seasonal offers, and salon news.  
  • Account/transactional messages: receipts, gift card updates, or account notifications.  

Message Frequency 

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the program(s) you’re enrolled in — for example, appointment reminders are sent around your bookings, while marketing messages may be sent up to 4 times per month.  

Message & Data Rates 

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and plan. Ritz Nails does not charge for text messages, but your carrier’s standard messaging and data rates apply to any texts we send or that you send to us.  

Opting Out (STOP) 

You can opt out of receiving text messages from Ritz Nails at any time. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one final confirmation text, and no further messages will be sent to that number unless you opt back in. If you are enrolled in multiple messaging programs, you may need to opt out of each separately or contact us directly for assistance.

Carrier Liability 

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do our best to ensure timely delivery of messages, but we cannot guarantee delivery due to factors outside our control, including carrier network issues or your device settings. Supported carriers may change without notice.  

Privacy of Your Information 

Your phone number and messaging data are used only to communicate with you about your appointments and, where applicable, salon promotions. We do not sell or share your mobile opt-in information or phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for more detail on how we handle your information.  

Changes to These Terms 

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted here with a revised effective date. Your continued participation in our text messaging program after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
